Here is a selection of advertising campaigns and various layouts I've created recently. By working with both clients and marketing teams, I aim to deliver meaningful content to the intended audience while staying focused on all overarching company goals.
Here is a selection of web-focused projects I've designed recently. I strive to balance the content and messaging with the typography and layout to create a site that is both simple to use and enjoyable to view.
12 Days of Gear Giveaway
I designed all of the assets for Full Sail University's 12 Days of Gear giveaway in 2013. The main component of this project was the 12 Days of Gear website (visit here). It also included daily promotional assets for social media channels and local advertising with flyers and posters.

Full Sail University Homepage Redesign
These are few of the concepts I came up with when given the task to re-imagine the Full Sail University homepage. These concepts were intended to kick-start a repositioning of the university’s brand. The idea was to focus on the importance of the student story, rather than just successful graduates.
Illustration & Poster Design
Here are a few illustrations and posters I've created for various projects and events. My goal is to balance the clear communication of important information with visually appealing design, ensuring a message that gets noticed and causes action.

Branding & Logo Design
Here is a collection of branding and logo designs I've developed. I work with creative and art directors to learn about the client and their product or service, then use typography and/or illustrative elements to develop a visually appropriate logo that functions in all necessary situations.
Audio Visual Logomark
A logomark developed for up and coming company Audio Visual.
Logo concepts for Full Sail University's Acoustic Basement tent at Warped Tour 2013. The Acoustic Basement tent features alternative and punk bands trading out their usual all-out electric approach with a more stripped back acoustic style.
The logo needed to represent both the punk and alternative aesthetics that are usually seen at Warped Tour while also alluding to the nature of the acoustic performances seen inside.
Hall of Fame Music Festival
Logo concepts for Full Sail University's first Hall of Fame Music Festival. The direction was that the logo would be type-driven, and to give both a modern option and a more classic option.
Bonnaroo Music Festival
A proposed branding and treatment style for the Bonnaroo music and art festival in 2009. I created a central asset and bridged it over to collateral found around the festival, including posters, packaged CDs, and tickets.
This is a collection of photos I've taken over recent years. I always intend to photograph subjects in an interesting way as well as, if necessary, process the image in a way that enhances what was captured by camera.

Lettering & Typography
Here are some examples of type manipulation that I've done recently. Always taking typography very seriously in my design projects, I've started developing type/lettering-centric assets that, along with photos, illustrations, and traditional copy, can help bring a project into new typographic territory.

A capital 'R' I made during a type experiment. The letter is made up of only geometric shapes, which were then embellished with lines of color and texture.
